ABOUT EMFIT

I’m Emma McCormick and I’m a health and fitness professional specialising in supporting women in all stages of life.

I am passionate about empowering all women to be the best versions of themselves and to succeed in life through promoting healthy, effective habits. Women come to me for a variety of different reasons: many want to feel better, improve their fitness, be stronger and tone up; others to improve their energy/mood; or to eat well and lose weight, and some for accountability. I support all women to feel better about themselves through individual exercise and nutrition programmes to optimise their health and promote optimal wellness.

Growing up as a teenager, I always had a passion for living a healthy life; I played many sports and loved cooking and experimenting with ‘health’ food. Into my early career, I trained in certain ways, followed 90-day transformations and I must’ve tried every diet going!

I took the best bits and ditched the crazy fads, but have always come back to having a balance of 3 things: 1) eat real, whole food, 2) engage in a variety of exercise, 3) and take time to rest properly.

As I went through different stages of life, the challenges I faced changed, but fundamentally ‘living healthily’ has always been a cornerstone. I found my calling when I set up my private studio and I could share my knowledge and passion with other fellow women who also wanted to look and feel their best. Working in women’s health is my passion. I am dedicated to helping women look after themselves in the best way they can.
