It’s a great space to train for women who want to feel relaxed, be confident and not feel intimidated by large gyms. In my well-equipped space, and with my knowledge and expertise, I provide a dynamic mix of strength, pilates, cardio, hiit, boxing and mobility exercises. I love to create a fun, diverse, individual and challenging programme so that you don’t have to! All bases are covered to provide you with the best exercises possible with correct technique and instruction.
These sessions also include regular check-ins regarding current nutritional goals; lifestyle choices; healthy habits; and possible injury (as I’m also a qualified Sports Massage Therapist).
My specialised sessions are designed to make women feel better about themselves – a place to feel energised and thrive! I support all women to feel better about themselves through individual exercise and nutrition programmes to optimise health and promote wellness.
